The KaDam Nieruchomości office is located in Jaworzno at ul. Szelonka 71, on the second floor. This is where most of our work together begins: we talk about selling, buying and renting property, go through the paperwork, plan the photo session and map out how the listing will be promoted.
Meetings take place in a separate room at a large table — calmly, without rushing and without anyone listening in. If you come with your family or a business partner, there is room for everyone.
What a meeting at our office looks like
The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing.
You do not need to bring any documents to the first meeting, or even know exactly what you want. Just tell us about your property or about what you are looking for — we will ask the rest of the questions ourselves.
During the meeting we go through the legal status of the property, a realistic price based on comparable listings in your area, the costs and formalities ahead of you, and the promotion plan: photographs, video, drone footage, social media reels and the published listing.
Cannot make it before 6 pm? Give us a call — we are flexible and, once arranged in advance, we will fit the meeting around your schedule. We also meet outside the office, anywhere in Jaworzno and the surrounding area, including at the property itself.
One meeting is usually enough to know what happens next.
